1. What this service is

NeverMissOne is a personal reminder and safety check-in platform. It helps users set reminders, schedule safety check-ins, and configure trusted contacts who may be notified if the user does not respond.

This is an early-stage product. The privacy practices described here reflect current functionality.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address and password (stored hashed)
  • Reminder and check-in data you create
  • Emergency contact names and email addresses you provide
  • Emergency plan content you write
  • Encrypted messaging bot tokens (Telegram, Viber) if you connect them
  • Notification delivery logs
  • Activity logs for auditing purposes

3. How we use your information

  • To send you reminders and check-in notifications
  • To notify your emergency contacts when escalation is triggered
  • To log notification delivery and system activity
  • To provide you with an activity audit trail

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Messaging bot tokens

If you connect a Telegram or Viber bot, your bot token is stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption. The token is never displayed back to you after it is saved, and is only used to send notifications on your behalf.

5. Emergency contacts

Emergency contacts receive invitation emails. They may access limited pages through signed, time-limited links. They are shown only the information necessary for the alert.

By adding an emergency contact, you confirm you have their permission to share their contact details with this platform.

6. Sensitive information warning

Do not store passwords, bank credentials, ID document scans, private keys, or full medical records in your emergency plan or reminder descriptions. Store only instructions and locations — not the documents themselves.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings.

8. What this service is not

NeverMissOne is not an emergency medical service, a replacement for emergency services (112/999/911), or a real-time monitoring system. It notifies your selected contacts according to the rules you configure — it cannot guarantee response times.
