1. About this service

NeverMissOne ("the platform", "we", "us") is a personal reminder and safety check-in service. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

This is an early-stage product. These terms may be updated as the service evolves.

2. Use of the service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must obtain permission from your emergency contacts before adding them.

3. What this service is not

The platform sends notifications to your selected contacts according to the rules you configure. It cannot guarantee delivery times, contact availability, or response.

4. Sensitive information

Do not store passwords, bank credentials, ID document scans, private keys, or full medical records on this platform. Store only instructions and locations — not documents or secrets themselves.

5. Notification delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver notifications through the channels you configure. Delivery depends on third-party services (email providers, Telegram, ntfy, push notification services). We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to third-party outages.

6. Paid plans and payments

Paid plans are sold through Link, the payment service of Stripe. Link is the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. When you buy a paid plan, you also accept the Link and Stripe purchase terms shown at checkout.

• Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Link calculates, collects and pays this tax.
• Link sends your receipts and invoices. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM*.
• A subscription renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel from the billing page or at link.com. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• For payment questions, refunds and disputes, contact Link support. You can also contact us.
• When you switch to a higher plan, you pay the price difference for the rest of the current period at once.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. This is an early-stage product and may have bugs or downtime.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
